To Toronto
Sam Gagner Mark Arcobello
To San Jose
jacob markstrom Bos 3rd in 2014 Sean Bergenheim
Wasnt really looking to deal markstrom until SJ brought him up in trade talks for gagner. At this point its anyones guess as to what kinda success markstrom will have in the nhl. i decided to get something while i still could, but this could really bite me in the ass. The addition of gagner and arcobello adds to a already strong group of faceoff winning wingers on the toronto roster. The goal now is to go undefeated in the faceoff catagory i probably should of shopped markstrom a little harder before making this deal but im happy with the additoins so i pulled the trigger.

I am looking to add some solid goalie depth and feel Markstrom is just that, he will fight for starts with Eddie Lack so I like the situation he is in, I have added other centres in my re-tool so the loss of Arcobello can be weathered. Gagner wasn't that fun to give up however if he stays at the level he is at I feel I can replace him in a year or two, there also is the chance with him that he blows up and that to would bite me in the ass
Easy talks Adam, and good luck.

Gagner and Markstrom - very interesting trade as there is risk on both sides. Good hockey trade.
Funny how things change in fantasy hockey; in January Toronto told me Markstrom was "untouchable"...
I've no idea what to expect of him in Vancouver...
