CBJ sends Burns, Clowe, Kokhlachev, #24 and #25 to Nashville in exchange for Datsyuk, Elias, and Shore.
With the organization's depth at wing, acquiring and deepening the center position has been the priority. Datsyuk and Elias can both win faceoffs from the wing, which is especially intriguing. Kokhlachev and the picks were an expensive price to pay, but this deal fills team needs.

Confirm
I did not see things going this way but NSH is pleased to add toughness grit and futures to the lineup.
Always a pleasure to negotiate transactions with CLB. I will be making a road trip to CLB this year as I am a big fan of the franchise.

The fantrax trade only shows 1 draft pick being exchanged?

For whatever reason, the pick I added in the dispersal draft never made it to me on fantrax.

Right, I forgot about that. That is true with respect to all picks added via dispersal. Thanks for the explanation.
