In a bold move
Pittsburgh Trades:
Koko Wideman JvR 1st 2012 NYR
Nash Trades:
Hubs
- Yeah, i'm paying a ton. I've been beatin Nash's poor ear for a month. Basically, the way i see it is, i made similar offers for other players i coveted. In my eyes Hubs is a franchise player. You have to overpay for these guys. I hope some here twke notice of this when coming at me.
Nash knows he's loading up on this deal. All of his bases are covered with this trade. He gets a nice prospect winger in Koko to replace Hubs there... A fail-proof in JvR to start next year, which Hubs would have been doing. He gets , a 1st that will outpoint Hubs with JvR and a he gets a Dman to help him now, which gives him the best D grouping in the league, which should prove valiable for him. Booyah - blockbuster! That'show you do it before the deadline.

Accept.
Well I'm just getting warmed up here... This has been in the work's for some time and I finally decided that I had a significant need for what JVR offers my team on the W.
Huberdeau is going to be a top player in the league but it looks like I will have the #2 and #3 picks in this year's draft so that made it a bit easier to part with Hub.

I'm Huberdeau's biggest dick-rider, but that's a huge over-payment.

Not to mention your team is loaded and you can afford to over-pay

Not to mention your team is loaded and you can afford to over-pay Mm...They sure didn't produce like a loaded team.. whoever has my 1 '(12) is sitting on the freakin 5th pick overall so far.

Seriously? I don't check standings too much, just set my lineup and move forward.

Seriously? I don't check standings too much, just set my lineup and move forward. Dead serious.. was sitting 8th and competeting... made couple trades to my demise - Varly. Bryz sucking all year, too, hurt. Also, some nice injuries to key players and poof - precipitous drop to 16th place... smh
