St. Louis has traded: Milan Lucic Brad Ross 3rd round pick 2012 (PIT)
to New York Rangers in exchange for: Artem Anisimov Zach Bogosian
I know you guys by now, and I know some complaints are forthcoming, but this deal came at a time where I decided to add depth to my CENTER and to my DEFENSEMEN... I hate to trade away of Lucic AND Ross, as they both play a style i enjoy, but ultimately, it helps my team to pull the trigger one this one. Also, like I told NYR, as much as I hate to get rid of Ross, he will eventually be a Leaf, which is a guarantee that I will dislike him anyway.

I accept. I have alot of young prospects on the verge that I have no room for on my Pro roster, so this will make room for Mcnabb. I am in a good spot to contend for the championship this year and hopefully Lucic will be a key piece to making that happen.

Yeah I actually like this deal. Yes I would have liked to see lucic on my team but fair return. People value bogo very highly and if he can match 75% of that potential he will be good.
