fired himself by repeatedly stauling lightning rounds after others kept trying to prop him up. He simply was not active enough, falling asleep, not knowing the rules and he progressively got worse by missing his 4hr window then his make up widow right after. Enough is enough. So long, Chris. Now you'll have more time to sleep.

I've got another league with him in it.. I'm in it too. He doesn't seem to be too brutal in that one.

I've got another league with him in it.. I hope he does better there. This is clearly not the league for him.

I've got another league with him in it.. I'm in it too. He doesn't seem to be too brutal in that one. I have no reason to doubt this. Perhaps he was spread too thin here. One time, after one of his "I fell asleep episodes", he was being urged by other GMs to follow the draft board. He PM'd me saying he would step it up, and understood that he was holding others up (from making a run - other GMs online). The pattern kept on, and yesterday's debacle in conjunction with him not knowing the rules was the final straw. I typed other factors that weighed in the decision to let him go on pg 101 of the draft discussion thread. And yes, I got a consensus from other GMs to give him the benefit of the doubt. Others agreed that his GM'g was becoming problematic. Like me, they liked him, wanted to keep him, were 50/50 on the fence about him, but yesterday was just the end of a situation that was getting worse. On a personal note, I would have loved to had never lost one GM. But we all knew there would be turnover. It happens in every league, and it was surely going to happen here. If we can find someone more in the mold of the guys we have here, we'll be set! If that takes place, the only way anyone else would leave is because they had to or wanted to, not because they didn't GM to the standard of this league, which I am extremely thrilled with. I've been in others leagues, and can honestly state that this is by far the best lot of men I've had the pleasure of gaming with.
