Ottawa Confirms. We are very high on Baertschi, and he was the main target when discussions with New York started. Noesen is still a year or two away but he is a nice fit for the roster. Thomas and St.Croix are still a few years from making an impact but both have top 6 potential. With the rebuild Green was no longer a necessity. Would have liked to keep Camobell but that's the way she goes sometimes.

Found a guy I think will be my second goalie, and filled in Burns spot. And getting a winger in Burns. Plus never had 2 move a roster player. It was a massive hit 2 my farm, but I think it makes me a lot better next season. That was a lot of fun!

value wise I think it's a good trade for both... just surprised NYR would give up so much for another D (already a strength) and a future goalie...

Had a very strong winger I could have landed, but the deal wasn't right. Owning Tampa Bays 1st this coming season, I felt comfortable to move so many prospect. |

makes sense... again, value wise I think it's good, was just surprised, also hadn't considered the Burns to W possibility... And hadn't looked at the picks, the TBay pick is likely a top five pick (no offense tb), nice work there...
