To Nashville: 2015 2nd (CHI) + 2015 2nd (VAN)
To Chicago: 2015 2nd (BUF) + Morgan Klimchuk + Andreas Johnson + Curtis McElhinney
Nashville to confirm.
Due to the late hour, I will post my rationale in the morning.

NSH Accepts.
NSH was going to face a real roster squeeze with Couture, Koivu, Datsyuk, and Sobotka coming back off of IR after the olympic break. In order to clear space in exchnage for future draft picks the centerpiece of the transaction for CHI was obviously Klimchuk but depth on the farm is also enhanced with the addition of McElhinney and Johnson. The CHI farm system has certainly improved significantly since Dave took over as the CHI GM.

From my end, Klimchuk is the key. He was drafted 25th by Mike it TBIM and 28th overall last year. Dobber projects his as a top-6 winger with an upside of 75+ (haha, I wish) and the ability to play the power play. So giving up what we be about the 25th overall pick in 2015 seems worth it, given how long it takes kids to develop.
And if the standings end as they are today, I'm only giving moving down 4 spots at the draft table by switching the 2015 2nd Van to 2015 2nd Buf. And for that, I'm receiving a goalie who has a decent change at landing a one-way contract next year to be a back up, which is pretty valuable (especially to a goalie starved team that is relying on back ups to meet the min 2 goalie starts). And I also pick on A.Johnson - who, I admit - is a real wildcard. While he was a 7th round pick at the draft, he looked great at the WJC - picking up 3G and 3A. Similar production compared to de la Rose (6 points), Collbert (6 points) and Wennbert (7 points). So while he may never amount to anything, he's a guy I'm willing to hold on to for a year or two, just to see if he may turn into a diamond in the rough.
Similar to the Spurgeon deal, I don't think Mike would have accepted this deal without the roster squeeze he was facing. Lots of back and forth - and compromising on both ends - to get this deal done.
I think this will be my last trade, as I'm now content with my revamped farm system and will next look forward to the draft.
Best of luck to Mike in the play offs.
