Winnipeg sends Antoine Vermette to Boston
Boston sends Kyle Palmeiri+Mark Barberio to Winnipeg

Vermette does not fit the rebuild and brings 2 good long term investments in Palmeiri and Barberio. Palmeiri is in a very good system and will and doesnt have to have a ton of pressure to perform right away and can mature into a #2 ctr. Barberio is a very offensively minded dman than can carry a PP in the future. TB is becoming an offensive machine with Stamkos and company, pieces in that system will only benefit.

Confirmed.

I just got Palmeiri and thought he would be a long term contributer but I have to keep up with the Jones's and when a top 3 FOW guy who also puts the puck in the net becomes available, you have to jump.

Vermette can also slot on my wing position so that only makes him more of an asset.
