Winnipeg sends (reluctantly) Zach Werenski+Hadyn Fleury+Semyon Varlomov to San Jose
San Jose sends Karl Alzner+Brandon Tanev+Martin Jones to Winnipeg

Winnipeg had to obtain a starting G, 17/18 in goalie stats is painful and completely eliminates any chance of competing. It was very painful to move Werenski, but, to get talent you have to trade talent, Alzner and Tanev arent stars but help in the area of H+B which we are also very weak in. Overall, it is a wait and see and hopefully will work for both of us. Thx for the deal, back and forth for weeks, but overall, a fun negotiation.
