I posted the trade too but I'll delete my post and confirm here.

I wasn't looking to deal away Sergachev but I was looking for a good young center and willing to make a fair deal for one. God knows those are hard to acquire in this league. This one came surprisingly easy. I sent an offer, MTL countered and I liked the counter. I think Hanifin is just scratching the surface and should flourish in Calgary (at least I hope).

All good young players on the way up. Fun trade.
