Yes, you can call him up as soon as he's called to his big league club but if he passes the 41 game threshold he can't be sent back down.

Can we please have the prospect draft set to a reverse order of the regular draft? 19th pick is really bad, I understand that it's snake, but it really isn't a great pick. I think those of us picking at the bottom would like to have first shots at the prospects.

^ We're voting on that and running a new lottery is leading IIRC.

Ya obviously because the top 15 guys would want a lottery.

^ I mean Hocus throws all the names in a random generator and posts the results.

I know what you mean. Picking between 16-20 is bad enough once. Only way to make it truly fair is to do a reverse. We won't be getting top 10 players, so we should probably get a top 10 prospect. It's a better way to balance things.

I personally would rather have your pick than mine... I mean, the top 20 picks are all pretty elite players, so I'd rather pick late in the first and have a high pick in the second... so yeah, I definitely vote for lottery.

So if people are voting, they'd be kind of dumb not to vote for another lottery.

Usually most of my leagues did 2random lotteries or season one. After that we go according to seasons standings I know it's a touchy situation but I think the random might be the best route and I have 14th pick so yeah also not sure which way I like most

Yeah I think we were originally doing 2 random draws for the first year and still probably are by the poll. Its the best option anyway.

It really isn't. If someone winds up quitting and picks at the back of each draft order, after a bad trade or 2 for example, the new guy will have less to work with to shape up his team the way he'd like.

Like if you throw Ovechkin or Nugent-Hopkins in someone's face, they're more than likely going to open up.

^ We aren't trading our first year of picks.
So either way if you get a top 10 pick you get a good first shot at a player, and if you get a bottom 10 pick you get 2 to decent picks close together.
